4 Picture Books You Shouldn’t Be Without

As we mentioned in out last post, one of the most fun parts of being part of the Bookroo crew is reading children’s books and picking our favorites to send to you. Each month when we order books, along with the books we’ll be sending out for that month we also order a ton of single copies of both board and picture books to do our research for the next month. Then we read them, get some second opinions, and make our selections!

We want the world to benefit from all the reading we’ve done, and so we wanted to share with you the four Bookroo-stamp-of-approval winning picture books that we’ve sent out thus far! Here’s the list:

Wolf Won’t Bite by Emily Gravett

Wodney Wat’s Wobot by Helen Lester

Picture Books

Harry and Horsie by Katie van Camp

Squid and Octopus: Friends for Always by Tao Nyeu

Everytime we read these four books, we’re struck by the fun stories, adorable and unique illustrations, and how wonderful it is to a child “to start life with a small number of really good books which are [their] very own.” (Sir Arthur Conan Doyle).
